Do You Offer International Shipping?
Yes, Alchemy Dragon Herbs does offer International Shipping.
When will I receive my products?
Since most products are handmade when ordered please allow up to 3 days (48hrs) for production. By making the products when ordered, it guarantees the freshest and longest lasting product.
The “Shipping Speed” is in addition to the 2-3 days it takes to make the product.
If you order a product on the 1st, the product will be made on the 3rd or 4th then shipped. If using “Priority Mail” that would mean the package will arrive between the 4th and 6th.

How much does shipping cost?
The cost will be given to you upon check out. You can choose at that time which option you want and the total cost of that option before finalizing order.
Holiday Shipments:
In order for you to receive your shipments before December 25th , please make sure all orders are in before December 15th.
Please also be aware, shipments can be delayed due to weather issues. You will receive a notification if that is the case.
Missing or Lost Packages:
When checking out you will receive your tracking number. UPS now allows you to live stream where your package is in terms of delivery. We have found that, often, the package is either in the building or with a neighbor. Please look around and let us know if you find it. If you haven’t located your order, just contact us at admin@wolfanddragonapothecary.com or 360.209.4255 and we will take care of you.
Other Information:
We do not ship on certain Holidays (New Years, Christmas, Thanksgiving). While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Wolf and Dragon Apothecary cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, natural disasters, service interruptions, etc.
