Refund policy

Due to health and sanitary reasons we can neither accept any returns nor refund money on personal care items. You [the consumer] are responsible for reading all the ingredients and warnings before purchasing.

Exchanges on similar items but for a different scent will be handled on a case by case basis, but is not guaranteed. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please email wolfanddragonapothecary@gmail.com with any questions concerning exchanges.

If approved for an exchange, you [the consumer] will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

We will notify you via email if the exchange has been accepted. Once we receive the returned item, we will email you again notifying you that the new item is shipped. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
