Essential oils have amazing benefits. They can help with anxiety and depression; to retain memory; even help in studying. Just inhaling the scent, whether from a mister, rollerball, or spray will provide the benefits the essential oil contains. 

Rollerballs offer the quickest effect due to the rollerball helping the oil penetrate into the skin and cellular level. From application to benefit is around 20 minutes. Using a mister help to fill and cover an area. Because the scent is diffused that way, it can take longer for you to notice the benefits. Many times this is why diffusors/misters are run overnight, to allow the accumulation of the scent to penetrate through. With diffusors/misters one can expect to feel the benefit around 1 to 2 hours in, sometimes it can take longer. This also goes for room sprays, for the same reason. Anytime you are diffusing a scent over a large area, it will take a while for the body to absorb the benefits.  As for body sprays, from application to benefit can be anywhere between 25-30 minutes, sometime faster depending how how strong the scent in. The premise is the same, anytime an oil is applied to the skin and allowed to penetrate, the quicker the body will be provided with the benefit. Sprays are excellent as it not only penetrates the body but activates your exocrine glands (smelling ability) speeding up the benefits of the oils. 

Now for the information on Blue Tansy: this is one essential oil many do not know about. It is an anti-inflammatory, anti-fungal and anti-histamine all in one. It also helps regulate hormones in the endocrine system. It is also great for when you just cannot calm your mind. When you are at your wits end, overwhelmed and unsure try some Blue Tansy which can help to shut your brain off and bring calm to your system.  It has a very unique smell, reminding me of pineapple sage. The oil is naturally blue and turns whatever it is mixed with blue.
